Upright Technologies Ltd., an established start-up in the wellness and health fields and the global leader in wearable posture trainers is looking for a customer success agents to join our amazing and rapidly growing Customer Success team.
· Providing technical support and solutions to our customers all around the world.
· Engaging directly with our customers through our in-app chat, Facebook messages, and emails.
· Engaging 1:1 session with our clients
· Taking part in meeting with our R&D department.
· Customer Experience oriented - striving to improve the customer experience for the long run.
· Reporting to all the departments in the company with customers insights and feedback.
· Managing beta users projects.
· Working on Customer Success projects to improve our product, service and app.
· Working hours –Morning (9.00-18.00)- 2 shifts, Evening (17.00-02.00)- 2 shifts, and weekend shift – perfect for students!
· At least 1 years’ experience as a Customer support / Service agent.
· Native level English (all communication is in English)
· High level of Customer service orientation.
· A team player with excellent communication skills.
· Creativity, thinking out of the box, ability to adjust to changes, working under pressure.
